At this time, I mainly work in Sherbrooke, Qc. but also work in the Montreal, Qc. area and the Ottawa-Gatineau region.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES FOR PRINT PRODUCTS?

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept any exchange, return or refund on products, unless it is a damaged or defective product.

If you are dissatisfied with a product, email KORINA JOSEPH at korina@korinajoseph.com explaining the reasons you are dissatisfied and we will do our best to help you. Please note that you have a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date to send KORINA JOSEPH your request.

WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?

In the case of a defective or damaged product, please contact KORINA JOSEPH immediately at korina@korinajoseph.com with supporting photos so that we can make the necessary follow-ups. Please note that you have a maximum of 7 days from the date of delivery to send us a return request for the defective or damaged product.
